The sales and service team installing our generator were very prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They went overboard in explaining how the unit operated, and answered all our questions for both selecting the best model for our needs and during the installation. They also explained when and who to contact for routine service, if we have additional questions, or if any problems occur with the unit. We are very happy with our unit and will definitely be contacting Steensma for any service needs we may have in the future.
