Warehouse Associate – E-Commerce Fulfillment
Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Staff Member at our Kalamazoo facility to handle order packaging and support efficient warehouse operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
• Operate forklifts safely to transport inventory, load/unload materials, and organize warehouse stock
• Perform inventory checks and restocking to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Demonstrate strong multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities, such as packaging, forklift operation, and team support simultaneously
• Flexibility to assist other warehouse teams with various tasks as needed
• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors to resolve any order-related issues
Qualifications
• Forklift certification or proven experience operating forklifts
• Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail in a dynamic setting
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with warehouse equipment a plus
• Positive attitude

Working Conditions
• Position will require standing for extended periods of time
• Position will involve frequent lifting of 50lbs or more
• Position is 5-6 days per week depending on the season or business volume
